Ad Hoc Query

Leveraging Past Insights: The Ad Hoc Query Section

The "Ad Hoc Query" section, accessible through the first tab under "Query", serves as your central repository for all the custom queries (filters) created within your organization. These queries allow you to target specific customer segments for your marketing campaigns.

A Treasure Trove of Customer Insights:

The "Ad Hoc Query" section empowers you to:

  • Browse Existing Queries: This screen displays a comprehensive list of all the preset Ad Hoc queries created by you or other staff members. Think of these queries as pre-defined customer filters that you can leverage for future marketing campaigns.
  • Quick Cloning for Efficiency: See a query that perfectly aligns with your campaign needs but want to make minor adjustments? No problem! The "Ad Hoc Query" section allows you to clone any existing query with a single click. This saves you time and ensures you have a solid foundation for crafting your targeted marketing message.

Finding the Right Queries Quickly:

Even with a large number of Ad Hoc queries, the "Ad Hoc Query" section allows you to pinpoint the exact ones you need in a flash. Here's how the filtering functionality works:

  1. Filter Fields: Locate the search bar at the top of the query list (Optional: Highlight the search bar in Screenshot 1). This bar features filter fields for "Name" and "Code."

  2. Tailored Search: Enter the query name or code you're searching for into the respective field. For instance, typing the name of a specific customer segment you want to target will display only those queries designed to reach that segment.

  3. Automatic Updates: The beauty of the search function lies in its real-time nature. As you enter search terms, the query list automatically updates to reflect your selections. This ensures you're always presented with only the most relevant queries based on your chosen filters.

By combining the browsing, cloning, and filtering functionalities within the "Ad Hoc Query" section, you can efficiently leverage past customer insights to design targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with specific demographics and ultimately drive business growth.
