2. Template Essentials: The editor screen allows you to define the core elements of your new gift point template:

   • Template Code: Assign a unique code for internal reference purposes.
   • Template Description (Multi-lingual): Craft clear and descriptive names and descriptions for your template, ideally in both languages relevant to your customer base.
   • Reward Points Amount: Define the number of points you want to award customers when this template is applied.
   • Points Expiration: Set the timeframe within which customers must redeem the points earned through this template.

3. Finalizing Your Template: Once you've meticulously configured all the details of your gift point template, click the "Save Template" button positioned at the bottom of the screen. This adds your new template to your library and makes it available for use within your reward programs.

Editing Existing Templates:

The process of editing existing gift point templates is just as straightforward:

2. Initiate the Edit: Beside each template, you'll typically find an "Edit" button. Clicking on this button directs you to the same template editor screen (used for creating new templates) where you can modify any aspect of the existing template following the same steps outlined above.
