Craft Compelling Emails: Adding and Editing Templates

The Simple Touch control panel empowers you to design and manage email templates, forming the foundation of your email marketing campaigns. This section will guide you through creating new email templates and editing existing ones:

Building a New Email Template:

1. Initiate the Process: Locate the "Add Email Template" button, typically positioned conveniently in the top right corner of the screen displaying your existing templates. Clicking this button opens the email editor screen.

2. Template Essentials: The editor screen allows you to define the core elements of your new email template:

   • Template Code: Assign a unique code for internal reference purposes.
   • Template Description (Multi-lingual): Craft clear and concise descriptions for your template in both languages relevant to your customer base.
   • Subject Line: Craft a compelling subject line that will entice recipients to open your email.

3. Crafting Your Message: Here's where you design the visual and textual content of your email:

   • Email Body: Compose the core message you want to deliver to your customers. The text box offers a rich editing experience, allowing you to:
     • Include Hyperlinks: Seamlessly integrate hyperlinks to direct customers to specific webpages or landing pages within your emails.
     • Insert Tables: Structure your email content using tables for improved readability and organization.
     • Embed Multimedia: Enrich your emails with multimedia content like images or videos to enhance engagement.
     • Personalize with Variables: Leverage preset variable functions to personalize your message. These variables can dynamically change for each recipient, including their name, current points balance, or the number of points rewarded/redeemed.

4. Finalizing Your Template: Once you've meticulously configured all aspects of your email template, click the "Save" button positioned at the bottom of the screen to add your new template to your library.
