Managing Brand Access (Optional):

If your organization manages multiple brands, the "Brand Information" tab empowers you to assign specific staff members to each brand. This ensures that employees only have access to the information and functionalities relevant to the brands they support.

Assigning Staff:

  1. Initiate the Process: Locate the "Assign Employees" button, typically situated in the top right corner of the "Brand Information" tab (Screen 1).

  2. Employee Selection: Clicking this button triggers a pop-up window displaying a list of all your organization's staff members. Simply select the employees you want to grant access to the specific brand.

  3. Finalize the Changes: Once you've made your selections, click "Save Changes" to confirm the employee assignments.

  4. Don't Forget to Save: Remember to click the main "Save" button at the top right corner of the "Brand Information" tab to finalize all your edits, including any staff assignments you made.
