Items
When you click on Item and press Add Item, a pop-up window appears with the following fields:
Code: Enter a unique identifier for the item.
Calories: Specify the number of calories in the item.
Name En: Enter the item name in English.
Name Ar: Enter the item name in Arabic.
Category Droplist: Select the category to which the item belongs from the dropdown list.
Order By: Define the display order for this item on the menu.
Description En: Provide the item description in English.
Description Ar: Provide the item description in Arabic.
Ingredients En: List the ingredients in English.
Ingredients Ar: List the ingredients in Arabic.
POS Category Code: Enter the point-of-sale category code for the item.
POS Item Code: Enter the point-of-sale item code.
Special Tax %: Specify any additional tax percentage applicable to this item.
Item Tax Percent: Enter the standard tax percentage for this item.
Configuration (Checkboxes):
Show On Front Page: Check to display the item on the front page.
Rotator: Check if this item should be part of a rotating special.
Inactive: Check to temporarily disable the item without deleting it.
Most Popular: Check to mark the item as one of the most popular offerings.
Is POS Normal Sub: Check if this item is a standard point-of-sale item.
Show On (Checkboxes):
Mobile App: Check to display the item on the mobile app.
Website: Check to display the item on the website.
Sync to Aggregator :
Click the 'Sync to Aggregator' button.
Click the 'Sync to Aggregator' button.
- This sends the entire menu automatically to ll active aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Mrsool).
Image Upload:
Browse (for item photo): Upload an image that represents the item.
At the upper-right corner of the pop-up, you’ll find two options:
Save Menu Item: Click to save the new item.
Cancel: Exit without saving changes.
