Price List (Adding a New Price List)

When you click on Price List and press Add Price List, a pop-up window appears with the following fields:

• Code: Enter a unique identifier for the price list.
• Name: Enter the name of the price list.
• Name Ar: Enter the name of the price list in Arabic.
• From Date: Specify the start date for this price list.
• To Date: Specify the end date for this price list.
• Inactive checkbox: Check this box to temporarily disable the price list without deleting it.

Add Item Section:

• Add Item: Click this box to open a new line with dropdown lists:
• Item: Select from a dropdown list containing all available items.
• Size: Choose the size for the selected item from the corresponding dropdown list.
• Policy: Select how the price of the item will change based on the following options:
• Fixed: The inserted value will be the item’s price.
• Percentage: The inserted value will be a multiplier for the current price (e.g., "1" doubles the current price, "2" triples it).
• Amount: The inserted value will be added to the current price of the item.

The right side of the line displays the New Price of the item. Additionally, a - (Minus Sign) appears on the left of the line for deleting that item entry if needed.

At the upper-right corner of the pop-up, you’ll find:

• Save Price List: Click to save the new price list.
• Cancel: Exit without saving any changes.
