Menu Management Overview

The Menu dropdown list in the Simple Touch Website Design Platform provides all the necessary tools to organize and manage your restaurant's menu. Here's a breakdown of each option:



Category

This option allows you to group your menu items into different categories (e.g., Appetizers, Main Courses, Desserts, Drinks). Categories help customers navigate your menu more easily and provide structure.

Size

The Size option lets you specify portion sizes for your menu items (e.g., Small, Medium, Large). This is useful for items that are available in multiple serving sizes, like pizzas, drinks, or sides.

Choice

Use the Choice option to offer additional customization for your menu items. Choices allow customers to pick from a set of options for an item (e.g., salad dressings, pizza toppings, or bread types).

Item

The Item option is where you manage all your individual menu items. This includes setting the item’s name, description, price, and any relevant images. Each item can be categorized and assigned various sizes, choices, and availability options.

Item Not Available

This feature allows you to temporarily mark certain items as unavailable without removing them from the menu entirely. It’s a convenient way to manage stock shortages or seasonal offerings.

Pricelist

The Pricelist option helps you organize and update the pricing for all menu items. You can set prices for different sizes or variations of the same item and make adjustments across your menu quickly.

 

These options give you full control over your menu, ensuring that your offerings are clear, well-organized, and accurately represented on your website.
